B.Sc. Microbiology is a 3-year undergraduate programme that explores the world of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa, along with their roles in health, environment, and industry. The curriculum covers microbial diversity, biochemistry, immunology, genetics, food and industrial microbiology, and practical laboratory techniques. Graduates pursue careers in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare diagnostics, food safety, research laboratories, and environmental monitoring.
